Message from the President re the 2022 Season
Dear MSGA Members:
Welcome to the 2022 MSGA golf season! As you know, due to the ongoing pandemic in 2021, all of our 2021 MSGA events were postponed to the 2022 golf season. We are greatly looking forward to our 2022 MSGA golf events and hoping to see all of our members who we have been unable to see during the past two seasons. We are also looking forward to having many new members joining the MSGA this season as well.
To thank our MSGA members for their continuing support, and to encourage new members to join the MSGA, we have reduced our membership dues for the 2022 season to $25.00 per couple or for a single membership. We shall be sending you an email shortly with all of the information needed for you to pay your 2022 membership dues.
We have now confirmed all of our 2022 events and dates which include the following:
The MSGA Invitational will be held in Moncton on June 19th and 20th. We will be playing the Moncton Golf and Country Club on Sunday June 19th and enjoying dinner at the MGCC following our round on Sunday. On Monday June 20th we will be playing at the Royal Oaks Golf Club.
The MSGA will be holding a Field Day Plus at Northumberland Links in Pugwash and at Amherst Golf Club on July 17th and 18th. We will be playing Northumberland Links on Sunday July 17th and at Amherst on Monday July 18th.
Our Annual Meet is scheduled to be held in Digby from August 29 to 31. We will return to the Digby Pines to enjoy the beautiful Stanley Thompson designed golf course. This event will include two great rounds of golf and an optional practice round, as well as a number of social events, including the return of our always popular wine and scotch tasting.
Please save these dates now for our 2022 MSGA events. Registration forms and further information for these great events will be available soon on our MSGA website.
We will be emailing our membership dues for the 2022 MSGA Golf Season within the next couple of weeks. We look forward to seeing everyone at one, or hopefully all, of our 2022 events.
